World-Class Infrastructure
Fabrication, pre-treatment, powder coating, busbar assembly, wiring and testing all happen on our own floor in Rajkot.
In-House Fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC bending and MIG welding under one roof. Enclosures are cut and formed here, not bought in and assembled.
Seven Tank Pre-Treatment
Every enclosure goes through a seven tank process before powder coating, so the finish bonds properly and holds up in humid and coastal plants.
Busbar Shop
Copper and aluminium busbars punched, bent and torque-tightened in-house, sized against the prospective fault current rather than a standard chart.
Testing Before Dispatch
Routine tests on every panel: continuity, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand and functional checks. Nothing leaves untested.
