Secure, tamper-proof metering for multi-tenant buildings and industrial facilities.
Our Meter Panels are built as multi-compartment assemblies in which every tenant or department gets an individually sealed metering section. Enclosures are fabricated from 1.0 or 1.5 mm CRCA sheet with sealing arrangements that satisfy utility inspection requirements, and each compartment is separately lockable so one tenant can never access another meter.
A meter panel houses the energy meters together with the protective devices ahead of them, giving a single controlled location for measurement, isolation and billing. Panels accept both single-phase and three-phase meter loads and are rated up to 1600 A, with incomers in MCCB, switch-fuse, changeover or ACB configuration. Digital panel meters and indication lamps are fitted, and units are supplied for indoor use at IP45, or in outdoor form for feeder and substation locations.
Straight answers to common questions about the Meter Panel.
A meter panel houses the energy meters together with the protection and isolation devices for a building or facility. Ours are multi-compartment assemblies where each tenant or department gets an individually sealed metering section.
Yes. Each compartment is separately lockable and the sealing arrangements are built to satisfy utility inspection requirements, so one tenant cannot access another tenant meter.
The outgoing section takes single phase and three phase meters with MCB or changeover devices, and the panel is rated up to 1600 A. Metering comes with digital panel meters and indication lamps.
MCCB, SFU, changeover or ACB, depending on the rating and how the supply is arranged.
The enclosure is 1.0 or 1.5 mm CRCA sheet, treated in our 7-tank pre-coating process and powder coated. Powder coating is an insulator, so earth continuity of every door and compartment should be verified at the joints.
Send the number of meters with the single phase and three phase split, the incoming rating, whether the panel is indoor, and any utility sealing requirements.
