Our AC Distribution Boards are built to receive inverter output and pass it safely to the grid or plant distribution network. Enclosures are fabricated from 1.5 or 2.0 mm CRCA sheet with modular or draw-out construction, and are offered at IP45 for indoor installation or IP65 where the board sits outdoors alongside the inverter bank.

An ACDB sits immediately after the inverter in a solar installation and forms the last protected point before the supply joins the facility network or the utility grid. It operates at 415 V AC three phase, with ACB or MCCB incomers, AC surge protection and overload protection built in. Separate compartments are provided for the incomer, outgoing feeders, busbar and metering, and digital panel meters with indication lamps allow generation to be monitored at the point of connection.
