Our Power Control Center panels are built to handle the full incoming load of a plant and distribute it safely across every downstream circuit. Each unit is fabricated in-house from 2.0 mm CRCA sheet, treated through our 7-tank pre-coating process and powder coated, then wired and tested by our own engineers before dispatch. Busbars are sized from EC-grade copper or aluminium against a documented de-rating factor, so the rated capacity you order is the capacity you receive.

A PCC panel sits directly downstream of the transformer or generator and forms the origin point of the plant distribution network. It is rated up to 6300 A with a short-circuit withstand of 100 kA for 1 second, and is offered in IP54 or IP55 free-standing enclosures with front and rear access. Incomers are ACB or MCCB type, with separate compartments for the incomer, outgoing feeders, busbar, cable alley and metering. Digital panel meters with indication lamps are fitted as standard, and the complete assembly is built to IS/IEC 61439.
