The Challenge
A 500 kW ground-mounted solar farm needed DC and AC distribution that could survive open-field conditions in Gujarat — high ambient temperature, dust and monsoon humidity — while keeping every string individually protected and monitorable.
The EPC contractor also needed all 50+ units delivered to a single schedule so that commissioning would not stall.
Our Solution
We engineered IP65 DCDB units with Class-II surge protection and individually fused strings, paired with ACDB panels rated for continuous 415V three-phase output.
Every enclosure went through our 7-tank pre-treatment and powder coating line for corrosion resistance, and each unit was dielectric tested before dispatch.
